    We place up to a $395 pre-authorization on a credit or debit card at time the order is taken. Unfortunately, we have to take precautions due to the cost of the equipment you will be provided with.
  2. What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards including HSA/FSA cards.
  3. How do I get the BiliBlanket shipped to me?
    We will ship via UPS directly to your door using the address you provide.
  4. How do I send the BiliBlanket back?
    Carefully wrap the BiliBlanket up and bring it to the UPS Store. Ship to the following address:

    Every baby is different. Communicate with your pediatrician to determine how long you need to use the BiliBlanket.
